What the App does

The App provides timers, editable treatment protocols, notes, and PDF exports for estheticians. All features work entirely on-device.

What data we collect

We do not collect, store, or receive any personal data.

• No account or sign-in

• No cloud sync or external servers

• No analytics or advertising SDKs

• No push notifications

• No access to Contacts, Photos, Camera, Microphone, or Location

Data you create in the App

Data you add—like protocol steps, client names, notes, and session history—is saved locally on your device in the App’s documents storage (e.g., protocols.json, history.json). We do not have access to it.

PDFs and sharing

If you choose to export or share a PDF, that file is created on your device and then shared using Apple’s iOS share sheet. Any service you choose (Mail, Messages, Drive, AirDrop, etc.) will handle the file under its own privacy policy. The App does not transmit the file anywhere by itself.

Children

The App is intended for professional use. It is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by them.

Security

Because all data remains on your device, protect your device with a passcode/biometrics and keep your operating system up to date.

Your controls

• Edit/Delete in-app: You can edit or delete protocols and session history inside the App.

• Delete everything: Deleting the App from your device removes all locally stored App data.

• Backups: If your device is backed up (e.g., iCloud device backup), Apple may include App files in that device backup. We do not receive those backups.

Changes to this policy

If the policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
