Welcome to Patch Test Tracker (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) What the App does

  • Helps you log patch tests and treatment notes, manage products, and export PDFs/CSVs.

  • For licensed professionals (salon/spa/medspa).

  • Not medical advice. Use your professional judgment and follow local regulations.

2) Your responsibilities

  • Get appropriate client consent and follow patch-test best practices.

  • Enter accurate info (products, lots, expirations, reactions).

  • Decide how and where to store/export records and how long to keep them.

  • Comply with laws and licensing rules in your jurisdiction.

3) Payments (if applicable)

  • Purchases/subscriptions are handled by the app store. Billing, renewals, trials, and refunds follow the store’s rules. We don’t access your payment details.

4) Exports & third-party services

  • If you email or upload PDFs/CSVs, your chosen services (email, cloud) have their own terms and privacy policies. You’re responsible for protecting those copies.

5) Acceptable use

  • Don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except where the law allows.

  • Don’t use the App for illegal purposes or to infringe others’ rights.

6) Intellectual property

  • App content and code belong to Marci DeWeese. All rights reserved.

7) Updates & availability

  • We may update, change, or remove features over time. Availability can vary.

8) Warranty disclaimer

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9) Liability limit

  • To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • If you paid for the App/subscription, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10) Termination

  • You can stop using the App anytime by deleting it.

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

11) Governing law

  • Laws of [Your State/Country] apply. Disputes go to the courts in [Your County/State], unless consumer law gives you a different mandatory right.
