Short version
We don’t collect, store, or sell your personal data. Client Experience Suite works fully on-device. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no ads.
What data we collect
None. The app does not transmit your data to our servers or to third parties.
Where your data lives
On device: Your services, protocols, history, and notes are saved locally in the app’s Documents directory.
When you share: If you copy, email, AirDrop, or print a care card, that content is sent only through Apple’s system share sheet or your chosen destination. We do not see or receive it.
Permissions & integrations
No third-party SDKs (no analytics, ads, or tracking).
No background data collection.
Optional share/print actions are initiated only by you.
Crash reports & diagnostics
We do not collect in-app analytics. If you’ve opted in at the iOS system level to share diagnostics with developers, Apple may provide anonymized crash logs. These do not include your content.
Children’s privacy
PreAfter is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
Use the app without sharing and your data stays on device.
Delete items in the app or delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
Data security
Your data is protected by iOS sandboxing on your device. We do not operate any servers for this app.
International users & legal bases
Because we don’t process personal data on our servers, laws like GDPR/CCPA apply minimally. If you contact us for support, we will use the information you provide (e.g., email address, screenshots) only to respond, and we will delete it once resolved.
Changes to this policy
If we add features that require data collection, we will update this policy and provide in-app notice before changes take effect.
