Short version

Your Esthi helps you understand your skin, build a simple routine, track progress, and get skincare guidance from Molly.

Your information is used to provide the app’s features, such as Skin Read, routines, progress check-ins, Esthi Notes, and chat guidance.

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your skincare entries or chat content for third-party advertising.
In the current version, your skincare information is designed to stay on your device unless you choose to share it using Apple’s sharing tools.

Your Esthi provides skincare guidance and education. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency care, or professional medical advice.

What information you may enter

To personalize your experience, Your Esthi may ask you to enter information such as:

  • skin concerns, goals, and sensitivities;

  • answers to guided Skin Read questions;

  • allergy, sensitivity, irritant, pregnancy, or nursing-related context you choose to provide;

  • routine preferences and product-use information;

  • progress check-ins and related notes;

  • messages you send in Chat;

  • Esthi Notes created from your app activity; and

  • content you save in the app for your own use.

You can choose not to enter optional information, but some features may be less personalized.

Photos, video, and captures

Some features may let you take or add photos, short videos, or product images.

These captures are used to support your own skincare record and routine guidance inside the app. Your Esthi does not use these captures to diagnose skin conditions or provide medical care.

In the current version, photos, videos, and product captures are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them using Apple features such as Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Files, printing, or the system share sheet.

Where your information lives

Your Esthi is designed to store your skincare profile, routines, check-ins, chat history, Esthi Notes, and captures locally on your device.

If future versions add cloud sync, account syncing, or server-based features, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are used.

Free content and subscriptions

Your Esthi offers a free Home experience and an app-managed 14-day preview of the full app.

After the preview, some features require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple’s App Store.

Current subscription options:

  • Monthly: $9.99

  • Yearly: $45.99

Apple handles payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. We do not process payments directly and do not receive your full payment card information.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

Permissions

Depending on the features you use, Your Esthi may request access to:

  • Camera, if you choose to take a photo or video in the app;

  • Photo Library, if you choose to add or save images;

  • Notifications, if you choose reminders or app prompts.

You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.

Analytics and diagnostics

Your Esthi does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not use your skincare entries or chat content for ad targeting.

Apple may provide developers with crash reports, diagnostics, or performance information through Apple’s platform tools. We may review this information to improve app stability and fix bugs.

Skincare guidance and automated support

Your Esthi uses guided questions, saved app context, and app logic to provide skincare education, routine support, progress guidance, and chat responses.

This guidance is informational and educational only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

For severe symptoms, allergic reactions, infection concerns, eye-area reactions, open skin, swelling, or worsening symptoms, you should contact a licensed medical professional.

Children’s privacy

Your Esthi is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You may choose to:

  • avoid entering optional skincare details;

  • skip optional photos or video when allowed by the feature;

  • disable notifications in iOS Settings;

  • manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings;

  • use Restore Purchases in the app;

  • reset local app data from the Profile / Account & Privacy area.

Resetting local app data clears local skincare information such as profile details, routines, progress, check-ins, chat history, Esthi Notes, and captures from the app on that device. It does not cancel your Apple subscription.

Data security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information used by the app.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You should avoid entering information you do not want stored on your device.

International users

Your Esthi is developed in the United States. If you use the app outside the United States, your information may be handled according to applicable laws and the app’s local-device functionality.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

If we change how Your Esthi handles information, we will update this Privacy Policy.
