Short version

Your Esthi offers a free Home experience and optional paid subscriptions for personalized skincare guidance. We do not sell your personal data. Information you enter in the app is used to provide the app’s features, such as skin reads, routines, progress tracking, and chat guidance.

What data we collect

To provide the app’s personalized skincare features, Your Esthi may process information that you choose to enter in the app, such as:

  • skin concerns, goals, and sensitivities;

  • answers to guided skin-read questions;

  • routine preferences and product-use information;

  • progress check-ins and related notes;

  • messages you send in chat; and

  • app content you save for your own use.

We do not collect data unrelated to the app experience, and we do not sell your personal information.

Where your data lives

Your information is stored either:

  • locally on your device; and/or

  • in cloud services used to support syncing, backup, or personalized app functionality, if those features are enabled in the app.

If you choose to share content using Apple features such as the system share sheet, Messages, Mail, AirDrop, Files, or printing, that content is sent only through the option you choose.

Free content and subscriptions

The Home feed may be used without a paid subscription. Personalized features are available through auto-renewing subscriptions sold through Apple’s App Store:

  • Monthly: $9.99

  • Yearly: $49.99

We do not process payments directly and do not receive your full payment card information. Apple handles billing, renewals, and refunds under Apple’s terms and policies.

Permissions and integrations

Depending on the features you use, the app may request access to certain device capabilities, such as:

  • camera or photo library access, if you choose to upload or save skin progress photos;

  • notifications, if you choose reminders or streak prompts; and

  • optional cloud or sync-related services used by the app.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs, and we do not use your data for third-party ad targeting.

Analytics and diagnostics

We may use limited analytics or diagnostic information to improve app performance, reliability, and user experience. This may include app events, crash information, subscription status, and feature usage patterns. We do not use analytics to sell your data, and we do not use your skincare entries or chat content for advertising.

If Apple provides anonymized crash or diagnostic information through its platform tools, we may review that information to fix bugs and improve stability.

AI or automated guidance

Your Esthi may use automated systems to provide skin reads, skincare education, routine suggestions, product guidance, progress support, and chat responses. These features are educational and informational only and are not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Children’s privacy

Your Esthi is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can browse free Home content without subscribing.

You may also choose to:

  • avoid entering optional profile or skincare details;

  • delete content you saved in the app;

  • disable notifications in iOS settings; and

  • manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.

Data security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect information used by the app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to limit access and protect the data needed to provide app features.

International users and legal bases

If you use the app outside the United States, your information may be processed in accordance with applicable law to provide the app, maintain the service, improve features, and respond to support requests. Where required, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Your Esthi handles data, we will update this Privacy Policy before the changes take effect.
