Short version

We do not collect, store, or sell your personal data. Esthi Forms is designed to work primarily on your device. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no ads.

What data we collect

None. Esthi Forms does not collect or transmit your personal data to us or to third parties.

Where your data lives

Your forms and other app content are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.

If you choose to back up your device or app data to iCloud or another cloud backup service available through your device or Apple account, that backup is controlled by you and your provider. We do not access, receive, or store that backed-up data.

If you choose to share content using Apple features such as the system share sheet, email, Messages, AirDrop, Files, or printing, that content is sent only through the option you choose. We do not receive or store it.

Subscriptions and payments

Esthi Forms offers auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple’s App Store:

  • $4.99 per month

  • $39.99 per year

We do not process payments directly and do not receive your full payment information. Billing, subscription management, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and policies.

Permissions and integrations

  • No third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or tracking

  • No background data collection

  • No user accounts

  • Optional backup may occur through your own device or cloud settings

  • Any share, export, print, or backup action is initiated by you or your device settings

Crash reports and diagnostics

We do not use in-app analytics or third-party crash reporting tools. If you have enabled device diagnostics sharing with Apple, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash or diagnostic information. That information does not include your form content.

Children’s privacy

Esthi Forms is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can use Esthi Forms without giving us personal information.

Because your data stays on your device unless you choose to back it up or share it:

  • deleting items in the app removes them from the app;

  • deleting the app removes its locally stored data from your device, subject to iOS behavior and any device or cloud backups you control; and

  • any cloud backup can be managed through your Apple or device backup settings.

Data security

Your data is protected by Apple’s iOS security model and app sandboxing on your device. We do not operate servers for Esthi Forms.

International users and legal bases

Because we do not collect or process personal data on our own servers, privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA generally apply only in limited ways to our handling of app data. If you contact us for support, we will use the information you provide, such as your email address or screenshots, only to respond to your request.

Changes to this policy

If Esthi Forms later adds features that require data collection, we will update this Privacy Policy before those changes take effect.
