Facial Protocol Timer - Esthi
Last updated: September 10, 2026
What the App does
Facial Protocol Timer - Esthi (“the App”) helps estheticians practice facial protocols, run treatments step by step, use timers, save session records and notes, and create PDF session records.
Your protocols, session records, notes, and other information you create in the App are stored locally on your device.
The App does not require a separate app account or sign-in.
What data we collect
We do not collect, store, sell, or receive your client records, treatment notes, protocols, session history, or other information you create in the App.
The App does not use:
Advertising SDKs
Third-party analytics SDKs
Tracking technologies
Push notifications
Our own cloud-sync service
Our own server for storing your App data
The App does not request access to your Contacts, Photos, Camera, Microphone, or Location.
Subscriptions and Apple
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
Apple processes subscription purchases, billing, free-trial eligibility, renewals, cancellations, and related payment information.
The App uses subscription and transaction information provided through Apple’s StoreKit system to determine whether you currently have access to subscription features.
We do not receive your payment-card or banking information.
Subscription information used by the App to determine access is not used for advertising or tracking.
Apple handles information associated with your Apple Account and App Store purchases according to Apple’s own privacy policies.
Data you create in the App
Information you enter or create in the App — such as session notes, saved treatment records, protocol changes, session history, and related information — is stored locally in the App’s storage on your device.
We do not have access to this information.
Because the App may be used to record information about clients, you are responsible for deciding what information you enter and for complying with any privacy, confidentiality, record-keeping, or professional requirements that apply to your practice.
Subscription expiration and saved records
An active free trial or subscription is required to use the App’s subscription features.
If your trial or subscription expires, your saved records remain stored on your device.
Saved records remain available to view in the App for 3 days after access expires. After that period, an active subscription is required to view them again.
Expiration of a trial or subscription does not itself delete your saved records.
PDFs and sharing
If you choose to export or share a PDF session record, the PDF is created on your device.
When you choose to share it, Apple’s iOS share sheet allows you to select a service or destination, such as Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files, or another installed app.
The App does not automatically transmit your PDF to us or to another service.
Any service you choose to use for sharing or storing the PDF handles that file under its own privacy practices.
Device backups
Your device or operating-system backup settings may allow Apple to include eligible App data in a device backup, such as an iCloud device backup.
We do not receive or control those backups.
Security
Because your treatment and session information is stored locally, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device.
We recommend protecting your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID and keeping your operating system up to date.
Deleting your data
You can edit or delete supported records within the App.
Deleting the App from your device removes the App and its locally stored App data from that device, subject to any separate device backups maintained by Apple.
Children
The App is designed for estheticians and professional workflow use.
It is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by them.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features, technology, or privacy practices change.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
