Short version

Your client information stays private.

Esthi Client Care Toolkit collects anonymous app usage signals to understand which parts of the app are helpful and where the app can be improved. We do not collect client names, notes, form answers, signatures, photos, PDFs, message content, phone numbers, emails, treatment details, or private client content for analytics.

What we collect for analytics

Esthi Client Care Toolkit uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-focused, anonymous app usage analytics.

These analytics help us understand broad app usage, such as:

  • Which feature areas are opened

  • Whether broad workflows are completed

  • Where users encounter subscription screens

  • Which app version or build is being used

  • Device family and iOS version

  • Subscription state

  • A resettable anonymous app-scoped analytics ID

We use this information to improve the app.

What we do not collect for analytics

We do not collect the following for analytics:

  • Client names

  • Client contact information

  • Notes

  • Form answers

  • Signatures

  • Photos

  • PDF contents

  • Message contents

  • Treatment details

  • Service names

  • Protocol names

  • Private client content

Where client data lives

Client records, notes, signatures, care content, and app-generated documents stay on your device unless you choose to share, export, print, email, message, or save that content using Apple system features or another destination you choose.

We do not receive the client content you choose to share through those system features.

Your choices

You can turn off anonymous usage analytics at any time in Settings by turning off Share anonymous app usage.

Turning this off stops future anonymous usage events.

You can also reset the anonymous analytics ID in Settings by selecting Reset anonymous analytics ID.

Resetting the analytics ID does not delete client records, visits, subscriptions, app content, or local data.

No selling, advertising tracking, or marketing sharing

We do not sell client data.

We do not use analytics for:

  • Advertising tracking

  • Ad attribution

  • Data broker sharing

  • Influencer or third-party marketing sharing

  • Cross-app or cross-site tracking

We do not use IDFA or App Tracking Transparency for analytics. We do not share private client content with marketing partners.

Analytics provider

TelemetryDeck is the analytics provider used for anonymous app usage signals.

Crash reports and diagnostics

This analytics update does not add crash reporting or diagnostics collection.

If you have opted in at the iOS system level to share diagnostics with developers, Apple may separately provide anonymized crash logs. These are handled by Apple and do not include your app content.

Children’s privacy

Esthi Client Care Toolkit is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Data security

Your local app data is protected by iOS sandboxing on your device.

Analytics data is limited to anonymous app usage signals and does not include private client content.

International users and support requests

If you contact us for support, we will use the information you provide, such as your email address, screenshots, or support details, only to respond to your request.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that require additional data collection or change how data is handled, we will update this policy.
